Funding Support Officer position within the Crown Lands team:

Ongoing full-time opportunity preferably based out of Newcastle or location flexible across our NSW office locations:

-
Salary ranges from $93,295 to $102,941 + super + annual leave loading + flex leave


Our Funding and Governance team is seeking to appoint a Funding Support Officer role to contribute their expertise in this supportive team.

The Funding Support Officer provides support and contributes to the delivery of the Crown Reserves Improvement Fund Program (CRIFP) to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land across NSW.


About you


Funding rounds are cyclical so there are periods of peaks and troughs, meaning a high volume of work at times.

This cyclical work would involve following up compliance enquiries, processing of payments and confirming details for funding deeds for successful grant applicants.

This role will also provide opportunity to learn a newly integrated government sector wide grant software system in addition to other corporate systems.

There will also be the opportunity to work on projects with the wider Funding and Governance team on different systems as well as BAU.

Skills with the entire Microsoft suite inclusive of data manipulation in excel and mail merges will be highly valued.
