Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Accountant, the role will include but not be limited to:

Invoice processing
Weekly and monthly payment processing
Reconciliations
Handle supplier queries
Management of relationships with suppliers
Set up new supplier accounts
Ad hoc tasks as required

A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration position (12 years ideally), or have studied in finance
Excellent communication and phone manner
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
