More about you:

Management experience in a fashion retail environment
Exceptional communication & motivational skills, to build a highly engaged team
Ability to drive high store, stock & visual merchandising standards
Proven experience achieving sales targets and KPIS
Ability to roster to a wage budget
A true passion for exceptional customer service with experience in VIP Clientele building
