About the role:
In this role you will be leading a diverse team delivering exceptional customer service and sales across the store.
You will be highly experienced in coaching, mentoring and empowering a team within a customer-focussed environment.
The role is fairly autonomous so you will be commercially astute and responsible for all financial aspects of running a business.
Build, execute and gain leadership alignment on strategies to drive store operations and customer experience.
Create and execute best practices to improve sales or profitability and share those best practices with key business leaders.
Hire and train an effective store team.
Consistently observe and assess capabilities to create development and training plans for career growth.

Salary:
$80, $95,000.00 per year
