Our client is one of Australia's largest retailers, who are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help lead a team of 15+ developers that work in the division that operates over 500 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
They are working with the latest tech (see below), fully hosted in the cloud (AWS), they've adopted the best practices and their team embody a supportive and collaborative approach.
The Responsibilities:
- Evolve engineering practices across your team and build and maintain a contemporary engineering approach
- Ensure the delivery of high quality solutions delivered through Agile methodologies across multiple locations around Australia
- Help plan the strategic direction of your team
- Help onboard new developers and grow our your team
What would make you right for this role?
- 5+ years of experience in an IT leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Java and AWS technologies
- Experience leading teams in an Agile environment
