About the role


Dulux is on a rapid growth trajectory and have made several acquisitions in the ANZ and European regions in recent years.

This has created exciting new opportunities within our business to further improve systems, process and capability.


In this newly created role,, you will be responsible for reporting, dashboarding and data narrative platforms within the Sales Capability and CRM teams.

You will design and create trusted reports and visualisations for sales teams to measure key business metrics and make business outcomes.


You will partner with sales and marketing stakeholders across the business and will work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and reliability of the reporting, to build confidence and enable use for driving key business actions and outcomes.


The role will have a key impact on visibility of key metrics, dashboard design / visualisation, ongoing generation and communication of key insights and, developing a trusted, accurate, data-led culture.


Based out of Clayton with flexible working options, this is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business.


Responsibilities

  • Build the case for change and lead the transformation of the S&OP process from volume to financial
  • Development and implementation S&OP processes for the Dulux businesses
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to drive process improvement and implementing key initiatives that have been endorsed by the Executive Leadership Team
  • Make recommendations on the IBP system deployment approach and modules, including supporting the development of Business Cases

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role in an FMCG or similar company
  • Prior experience leading S&OP processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound business recommendations
  • Excellent commercial acumen
