About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated, hands-on
Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to join their growing team.

Duties:


  • Warehouse Operations Management, including inventory management, order processing, and dispatching.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team
  • Quality Control. Ensure that all items are stored and handled properly, maintaining highquality standards. Oversee the packing and shipping processes to minimise errors and damages.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations regarding warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate and direct customer service teams to address customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and fulfillment.
  • Oversee warehouse budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage supplier relationships.
  • Plan and manage emergency response procedures for the warehouse, including handling of disruptions in supply chain or operations

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role or similar (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in the use of WMS and Google Suite.
  • High technical knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Professional work ethic with the ability to work as part of the team
