The Role:


As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, assisting patients with their journey towards a better quality of life.

In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound patient interactions via telephone and digital channels, to assist our clients with accessing their Super on compassionate grounds.

You will execute strategies to maintain and improve patient engagement across multiple interactions.
The position exists to provide accurate and comprehensive information and advice about SuperCare's services, proactively identifying solutions which meet the needs of clients and to efficiently deal with enquiries


More specifically you will:

  • Managing inbound and outbound B2C call conversions
  • Achieving and maintaining KPI's
  • Contributing to organisational change within the customer service team
  • Reflecting on and improving upon one's own professional practice

Your Background:


To be successful as a Customer Service Consultant, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent relationship skills and a passion for sales and customer service.


Your ability to build rapport with our clients coupled with your professional approach will see you succeed in this role.

You will be self-motivated, have high attention to detail, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets, with an ability to communicate to a wide range of clients.


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service is preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a professional sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate MS Office, Google Suite and Automated Database skills are preferred
  • Willingness to learn and ability to achieve results

Job Types:

Salary:
$55, $64,999.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Smithfield, NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
