The exciting opportunity:


  • Report into the CEO
  • Responsible for the oversight, further development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the company's home care and disability services
  • Ensure services operate in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
  • Manage, inspire, guide, support and mentor staff to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Be involved in creating the strategic direction; identify service gaps and develop clinical programs that are sustainable, innovative and in line with best practice
  • Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and continue to build their reputation
  • Oversee the management of complaints and incidents, reviewing trends and ensuring risk mitigation
  • Manage the budget overseeing revenue, funding and expenditure to ensure financial sustainability

About you:


  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Practitioner
  • Proven track record successfully managing the delivery of home care or disability services, achieving compliance with funding and accreditation standards
  • Visible and nurturing manager who inspires and motivates staff to deliver on company goals
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and strong commercial acumen, able to identify and capitalise on opportunities for service growth
  • Resilient, confident, results oriented and driven
