  • 2023 is a year of growth for my client and they are looking to bring onboard a Product Marketing Manager who will focus on the end to end Event Product positioning, marketing and campaigns across the institutional and retail sides of the business.

Role and responbsibilities:

  • Work directly with the sales and marketing teams to establish and execute a marketing automation & optimisation strategy
  • Enhance large and small scale marketing campaigns across intermediary and direct investor channels
  • Improve Pardot marketing automation, including building multitouch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules and creation of segments
  • Analyse, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel; share insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT and other partners on tool development, such as data integration and API delivery
  • Analyse data to deliver reporting and insights that drive marketing improvements
  • Build dashboards for marketing and sales teams
  • Partner with sales and marketing to manage data integrity, maximising ability to market to contacts
  • Provide internal consultation on Salesforce/Pardot capabilities and marketing automation strategies
  • Develop project timelines, schedule kickoffs, and manage projects daytoday through completion
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality by identifying and pursuing opportunities to creatively leverage analytics and technology

To be considered for this position:

  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot or similar digital marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot Engage, etc)
  • Strong understanding of core sales and marketing concepts and processes
  • Basic knowledge of Australian privacy regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and interpret data


  • Tertiary qualified

  • Digital, IT, Marketing or other relevant qualification
  • Relevant accreditations from technology systems/platforms
  • Experience preparing business cases with ability to articulate financial and business benefits
  • Experience building dashboards and interpreting data to provide business insights
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior business representatives
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Resourceful and strong problemsolving skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Some understanding of the funds management/investment industry or the desire to learn
