A snapshot of your role:


  • Assist your CEO with highlevel administrative tasks, managing an everchanging calendar, gatekeeping and ensuring your executive's focus is aligned with pressing strategic goals
  • Collate financial reports, prepare engaging presentations and maintain critical documentation always accessible and ready for your CEO when required
  • Build and foster solid professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of your CEO, acting as a temperature check and an ambassador of the executive office
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational and logístical challenges as they arise, juggling competing priorities and ensuring your CEO's schedule runs smoothly with maximum efficiency
  • Plan, organise and attend board and stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and distributing action items to the wider organisation
