    Description

    The role is critical to the management of inventory availability and inventory optimisation, supply forecast (including supply outlook, risk and opportunity) for customers and internal stakeholders & managing the information and data needs from commercial, Marketing, Customer care and other stakeholders.

    This role's main responsibility is supply planning for Country Local Distribution Centres (NDC) and branches (each state in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand) in ANZ Cluster and for the last mile supply chain between the supplying NDC(3PL), Branches and end customer. To actively monitor NDC/3PL and Branches stock levels and take proactive action to ensure inventory health across ANZ within a min / max range.

    Takes accountability for trade saleable inventory, P2P related master data, local beauties, product life cycle management not covered by the local Fleet Team, sales & operations execution (S&OE), product statuses and product allocation. Supports Customer Care and the commercial team to answer 'where's my stock' related customer queries.

    Proactively managing upstream POs and downstream deliveries, including aging PO cleansing with request from Region/Global, POP alignment and Compliance of Auditing, excess PO closure within ANZ Cluster and intercompany/3rd Party with agility from forecasting or sales trend change, logistics coordination with 3PL/Logistics, outbound / despatching for both allocation and general products and review / update allocation list with stakeholders.

    Stakeholders : Commercial, Marketing, Customer care, Regional Supply Chain, Local Operations team - Branches, 3PL / Logistics, Suppliers - internal and external, Quality / Regulatory (global , site and ANZ local).

    Inventory health: working with regional and global supply planning, taking actions to maintain target stocking levels in Plants(NDC and Branches) list including re-balancing of stock from consignment, loans, clusters & Region.

    Safety stock: review and agree appropriate stock levels quarterly, align to Global Inventory Policy and adhoc agreements to maximise customer service and minimise E&O

    Allocation: Manage allocation status and process for ringfenced critical products that are supply constrained, including management of SKUs to support critical customers

    S&OE: prepare relevant information for S&OE Cluster huddles, taking actions outside the meeting to improve inventory health and allocation execution.

    Problem solving action customer "where's my stock" escalations through (1) interrogation of SAP, Rapid Response and Supply Chain Cockpit; (2) liaising with other Cluster Supply Planners and Regional Network Planner and (3) S&OE

    Master Data Management: maintain material, vendor, purchasing, Rapid Response related and source master data records for Plants list

    Local Parts: Procure parts sourced from local suppliers, ensure those suppliers meet S+N supplier standards, maintain relationships with those suppliers and support related purchase to pay processes. Create and maintain comprehensive analysis on supplier performance, understanding Service Risk and Variability.

    Product Lifecycle: Manage Supply Chain aspects of product (individual SKU) phase in and phase out, including POP for product not managed by the local Fleet team. Utilise SAP /local ERP functionality to set appropriate material statuses, material substitutions and customer inclusions / exclusions.

    Reporting: work with Regional Network Planning to create necessary reports for stakeholders to be able to self-serve and understand the current and 3 month supply situation. Support with data /material for Supply Review / S&OP meetings

    Manage day to day 3PL relationships, 3PL and Branches inventory health, 3PL interface health and 3PL escalations related to supply planning

    Thorough understanding of LIFR and BO by own Franchises: RCA and outlook of failed lines or unfulfilled demand.

    Education: bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent

    Experience: Min 2-3 years hands on experience in Supply Chain planning, Inventory Management roles.

    Experience in ERP Systems (SAP, Power) or equivalent is a must.

    Good to have also hands on experience in Planning Systems (Rapid Response or equivalent), advanced Excel skills
