A new opportunity has arisen within our Support and Service Team for a driven and passionate who wishes to make a positive difference in less fortunate members of our society.
The full time role is based in our head office in Parramatta (2 mins from the train station) and is responsible for delivering top tier customer support to our Customers.

Based in Parramatta, All About Caring has been providing consumer-directed disability support services since 2001. Our mission is to enable our customers to live independently and enhance their quality of life.
The individuals we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, with a high proportion of individuals requiring support for complex care.
The Role
Reporting to the Program Planner, the Program Assistant key tasks are:
- Rostering support workers to attend services and relevant training
- Assist the Program Planner in developing long term scheduling solutions for customers
- Readily escalate any matters requiring management attention
- Contribute actively to address any servicing matters raised by the customers or support workers
We are seeking a motivated individual with:
- Some exposure to rostering / scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills role requires use of a specialised rostering system training and support will be provided
- Ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently in an environment that can get busy at times
- Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously while contributing to a positive team culture
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to the lives of our Customers and build a longterm career in the health and community industry
- NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
Any previous experience or exposure to the Disability support or Aged Care sector and / or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
