    Job description:
  • Provide case management services and advice around people management issues across the Department in relation to performance issues, conflict and issue resolution, conduct and behaviour and other employment matters, and to provide industrial relations support.

Hours per fortnight:

73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation)


Duties:


Provide case management services and advice around people management issues across the Department in relation to performance issues, conflict and issue resolution, conduct and behaviour and other employment matters, and to provide industrial relations support.


Desirable Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Injury Management, or a related discipline.
  • A current driver's licence.
