About the role

We are seeking an inspiring leader to join their management team and continue the success of this high performing concept store in Byron Bay.

As the
Store Manager, you will oversee and drive store KPI's and budgets, execute visual merchandising guides to a high standard, and provide exceptional customer service whilst creating a fun and vibrant store environment.

Skills and experience

Experience in fashion and retail operations
A proven history of sales, KPIS and management successes
Be able to run a store like your business
The ability to roster and control wages
Keen understanding of current fashion trends
Motivation to always be looking for the next challenge
The ability to recruit, train, succession plan, and create culture
A love of VM and high store standards
