Strong knowledge of OpenText Exstream

Experience in version upgrade to V16.6.x and V22.3.x (including components Design Manager, Designer, Empower Editor, Control Centre, Communication Builder, OTDS)
Experience in requirement gathering/discovery for current asis OTEx setups
Experience in fresh installation and configuration of V16.6.x and V22.3.x.
Strong communication and stakeholder (client) management
Strong consulting and negotiation skills
