About the Role:

As a Paid Media Specialist reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager - Australia, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital marketing efforts

Your responsibilities will include:

Paid Media Activity: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create high-performing data-driven campaigns, supporting specific clinics/brands and driving lead generation for new patient growth.

Agency Management: Work alongside a local marketing agency to optimize SEM/Google Ad Network activity, ensuring consistent and stellar results every month.

Testing, Learning & Reporting: Foster an insatiable curiosity for running campaigns, learning, and continuous improvement. Monitor paid digital activity, uncover new opportunities, and report on results to enhance future outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Curious, passionate marketer with fantastic attention to detail.
3+ years of digital media experience, clientside or agency.
Proficient in SEM and Paid Social Media Advertising.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Experience in conversion rate optimization and landing page creation.
Motivated, resultsdriven, and adaptable to new opportunities.

Beneficial, but not necessary:

Knowledge of the Australian Healthcare and Dental Market.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
CMS experience with Umbraco, WordPress, and/or Wix.
