Are you a passionate and experienced HSE professional and looking for a change from 6 day work weeks or getting fed-up of being tied to one specific project?


Atlas Recruitment have been engaged by a market leading consultancy to source a HSEQ Consultant to oversee their Data Centre portfolio in Sydney.

In this full time role, you will be working with some of the largest developers of data centers in Australia on projects constructed by tier 1-2 contractors.

Leaning on your background in HSE on heavy construction/commercial projects, you will be:

  • Developing relationships with client and contractors key stakeholders to promote and engage a safety culture across 4 projects
  • Analyzing and reporting on HSEQ across projects
  • Leading meetings with stakeholders to report on HSEQ on the project
  • Working with site teams to engage them in best practice in HSEQ
  • Keeping on top of new legislation and advising on this to stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Strong background (3+ years) as a HSE Advisor within Commercial projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Have excellent presenting and reporting skills
  • Experience working on site, with hands on knowledge of High risk works
  • Relevant tertiary education in HSEQ.
