Exciting openings are available at Perth Zoo for skilled Food & Beverage Supervisors to play a role in the day-to-day activities of our functions and food outlet areas.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

Key Duties

Assist in coordinating front of house team's daily operational demands
Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
Establish, uphold, and oversee quality customer service practices.
Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
Address any elevated guest grievances.
Strong people management and leadership skills
Previous experience in a comparable role, seeking to contribute to a larger operation
Have an absolute "can do" attitude.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
Wellgroomed and professional in appearance.
Excellent knowledge of food and safety standards and infection control principles
