As the Bar Manager, you will lead the team in managing day-to-day bar operations while developing staff in service and sales.

You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about helping a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be an influential and valued leader.

Skills & Attributes

Previous experience in a pub
RSA Licence & RP Badge
At least five years of experience
Great people management and support to the leadership team
