Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.

As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client's Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.


The Role:

Working with a long standing client of Calibre, on a major project heading into construction next month. Your day to day will look like;

  • Preparing EOI documentation during DES
  • Preparing budget quotation documentation
  • Maintain DES budget quotation register
  • Preparing and issuing tender documentation
  • Tender evaluation
  • Maintain Service/Purchase Order registers for Site purchasing purposes

Thrive with us We hope you'll bring:

  • A background in purchasing, ideally within a mining environment
  • Experience with EOI documentation, RFQ's and putting together tender packs
  • A good understanding of large scale mining and resource projects, in particular Iron Ore
  • Prior experience working in an EPC/EPCM environment during study phase
  • Attention to detail and rigorously follows procedures
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients
