The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.

The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year.

About the role
The ARC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising the sitting of the ARC list. This role includes case management, listings practice and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ARC Coordinator works closely with the multidisciplinary ARC List team where relationship management is key to the efficient running of the ARC program.


About you


This role requires significant technical registry coponents as well as an ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders and have regular interactions with accused persons experiencing serious mental illess and cognitive impairment.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement in processes as well as assisting where required in other areas of the registry.
