NovaFarms has been supplying Premium Australian Honey and Manuka to exports markets for over 30 years.


Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our state-based company.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Asia countries especially in the China market sector.

Create the new business opportunities and maintenance the existing marketing shares in overseas countries.

This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively position our company's products and services in the market.


Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify and prioritise key target markets, segments, and accounts to maximise sales opportunities.


Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring
customer satisfaction and retention.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Utilise market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.


Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to support sales efforts.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.


Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that emphasises accountability and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, main channels connections and industry stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and gather feedback.


Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and solutions to meet their needs.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.


Evaluate new market segments, geographic regions, and distribution channels for expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product performance, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.


Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the healthcare or medical device industry, 15 years + working experiences preferred.


Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.


English and Chinese languages applied, familiar with the china market highly priority.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.


Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to international travel and occasionally nationally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
