Providing advice on a wide range of employment, Industrial Relations and OHS Issues
Conducting legal research
Manage complex disputes, grievance, and workplace investigations
Prepare correspondence, submissions and briefs as required
Representing clients at the Fair Work Commission, at relevant conciliations or with union representations as required
Participate in negotiation and bargaining processes where required
Development and facilitation of relevant training and workshops
Engaging with clients on legal issues

To be considered for this opportunity, it is imperative that you hold at least 5 years of Victorian law experience working within employment law:
