What we do:

Lead Logistics Services (4PL), Contingency and Sustainment Services (including port agency and fuel management services), Aviation Services (airport and rotary wing services) as well as healthcare storage and supply chain management.


Job Description:


  • We are looking for an experienced Operational HSE Advisor to support our Government and Defence Heath, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality (HSSEQ) team with a strong focus on road transport and warehouse HSE compliance.
  • Reporting to the G&D Senior Manager, HSSEQ you will support compliance with health and safety regulations for our new flagship healthcare facility in Tullamarine and our HQ on St Kilda Road. Predominantly based in Tullamarine, your remit is to provide practical HSE advice and support to operational site staff and managers.
  • This role is offered at part time 4 days a week, or flexible hours across 5 days a week.
  • As the Operational HSE Advisor, you will:
  • Support day to day safety management across the operations, to ensure Toll HSE and compliance best practice.-
  • Support site compliance and document control including preparation and presentation of safety reporting.-
  • Challenge non-compliance issues and escalate if required to ensure these issues are resolved according to legislative HSE standards-
  • Identify, develop, and implement the safety strategy to enhance the safety of all persons onsite.-
  • Support the behaviour-based safety program through coaching and mentoring.-
  • Facilitate risk assessments and maintain the respective G&D risk registers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HSE Adviser role.-
  • Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety (required).-
  • Preferred qualifications: Lead Auditor or Auditor, Incident Investigation, Facilitating risk assessments.-
  • Desired qualification: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.-
  • Possession of a valid car license.
