In this newly created position, we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor to work closely with our Maintenance Manager to support the effective running of our hotel's maintenance requirements, projects and exciting plans we set to achieve.

  • A reliable individual with demonstrated experienced in building maintenance and/or facilities management.
  • A peopleperson who enjoys interacting with others and can easily build rapport.
  • A strong focus on high quality output with a hands on approach.
  • Well presented and strives to achieve an excellent first impression.
  • Able to positively lead and motivate a team.
  • Able to work in Australia without restrictions.

A little about what you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Maintenance Manager to ensure our building plant and equipment, essential services, hotel rooms, F&B outlets and public areas maintenance requirements are maintained in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the Maintenance Manager to supervise our small maintenance team and various contractors.
  • Assisting the maintenance team to ensure productivity and quality of work.
  • Providing a safe and secure environment.
  • Anticipating and exceeding the needs of our guests.
This position is being offered on a fulltime permanent basis. We are offering a competitive salary of up to $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
