About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Optimisation Lead to join our team at our complex meat processing facility. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and continuously evolving digital capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with a broad array of stakeholders to capture requirements and to deliver optimum solutions aimed at optimizing over $ 70 m of production cost and over $ 600 m of finished goods production.

Through working alongside end-users and business leaders, support us in:

Defining requirements / outcomes for system to deliver
Partnering with service providers (developers) and selfdeveloping solutions.
Ensuring a seamless rollout and adoption of new processes and system functionality.

About you and your skills:

Experience in analysing data and processes
Experience defining requirements and configuring/coding system features
The ability to partner with technology providers
Excellent stakeholder management skills
