About the role


This Account Executive role is unique in that it is a hybrid role involving Account Management and implementation skill set.

Working in a high performing Sales team, across the luxury, Fashion and beauty client patch, the Account Executive will be the key contact for account management across a number of clients, in addition to leading the implementation across their squad and be the key liaison between internal stakeholders and agency/clients with regard to campaign implementation.


Collaborating with two senior Sales Managers and reporting into the Group Business Director, the role contributes to the over team target, whilst focusing on individual revenue targets.


Duties and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to-

  • Liaise with Account Managers and Brand implementation team to ensure all ad material, added value and advertising positioning requirements are met
  • Work alongside Brand and Account Managers to ensure all campaigns are delivered as agreed and assist team where necessary with any bookings
  • Ensure communication is maintained throughout the campaign period with all key stakeholders internal and external
  • Chase assets as required for all campaign platforms, executions and added value and deliver of post analysis reports
  • Responsibility for achieving the individual territory budget for print and digital Are Media brands and platforms by driving revenue through effective planning and pipeline management with the team
  • Focus on growing existing business and new business development identifying
  • Ensure strong market presence. Meetings include Client direct, agency, PR, creative and digital leads on each business you represent
  • Work collaboratively with the Media Solutions and Brands & Categories teams in developing campaign solutions, both in response to market briefs or as proactive sales pitches

Skills and experience

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong enthusiasm for media and advertising and in particular print and digital media
  • Able to diffuse conflict situations, take decisive actions and enable the best outcome for the Business
  • Proactive and solutions focused approach to implementation matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to plan ahead as well as juggle competing demands to achieve deadlines.
  • Able to build effective customer relationships
  • Proficient Microsoft Office package skills
