Key Skills:

Are you a Service Design or CX superstar with 3+ years of team leadership experience? Looking for someone with a track record of shaping CX frameworks and design approaches that wow customers and exceed business targets
You'll need to be a communication pro with topnotch facilitation skills to work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams. As a coach, you'll inspire CX team members to agree on outcomes and solutions that deliver real impact.
You thrive in fastpaced environments and have experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple projects. Your creative problemsolving and analytical skills will be put to the test as you consider the customer, people, process, and system.
With datadriven decisionmaking skills, you'll help this organisation achieve targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional experiences for customers.

This role is fully focused on leadership and guidance of Service Designers and would suit someone wanting to nurture a team and be less hands on.
