The Opportunity - Permanent, Full Time or Part Time Position

Join the Platforms - Cloud & Productivity team where you as the
Specialist Technology Cloud & Productivity **will assist to centralise our technical core systems and bring together the producers of technology with the consumers of technology in South32 by making services simple to access through automated and self-service products.

The responsibilities of the Platform Teams include analysis, design, development, deployment, monitoring, innovation, support, maintenance, optimisation, availability management, risk management, contract, and vendor management.

Reporting to the Manager Technology Cloud & Productivity, working closely with the other members of the Cloud & Productivity team and the broader Digital Technology team.

Key role accountabilities include:

Manage the configuration, and operation of Office365 environment
Managing Enterprise Applications, Software Asset Management, Continuous Improvement
Adhere to the Technology processes and procedures specifically the customer engagement, change and communication plans and strategies
Manage and monitor activities including incidents, requests and escalations
Monitor the performance of the Cloud & Productivity Platform and work with the suppliers to identify and close gaps / issues
Assist and contribute to the Cloud & Productivity Platform plans including maintenance, improvement, and sourcing

About You

You will be required to have the following:

Minimum 2years' working experience in Office365 environment
Experience in managing Office365, Enterprise Applications and/or Software Asset Management
Experience in contract and vendor management processes and practice

Qualifications

Technical Certification OR Relevant Technical experience.
