This organisation is a long established NFP with a well-earned reputation for providing mental health and suicide prevention services to people and their families.

This organisation is focused on improving the wellbeing and quality of life outcomes of people across the community, utilising a person centred approach to care.

Delivering services across 30 locations in Queensland and NSW - and continuing to rapidly expand - this NFP ensures that the lived/ living experience voice is central to service co-design and delivery by ensuring people with lived and living experience are engaged through co-design, governance and employed through the organisation.

As Program Support Coordinator, you'll be providing support to a dynamic, multi-skilled GM as she leads the strategic, operational and business development of this vibrant and visionary charitable enterprise across six separate strands.

So clearly, it will only suit a flexible, extremely well organised coordinator, with fine soft skills, who can hold fast to the Big Picture while bringing together all the associated detail of the people and projects involved.

This may include diary management, developing and supporting contract processes, team governance, data analysis and reporting along with diverse stakeholder engagement, plus various small projects and operational tasks.

It's a big, busy, complex and fascinating synchronizing role where your prior experience in a similar senior support position will be absolutely invaluable.

Particularly if that has been in a community health services environment.

It's a given that you are systems driven and passionate about planning, organising and prioritising administrative tasks and systems.

Efficient across ICT and organisational systems, the entire Microsoft suite and skilled in the establishment of databases, you are an information management specialist who can always be relied on to provide detailed reporting across both activity and outcome-based data.

Ideally you can also add some background in finance, HR admin and/or a heath service environment, a friendly approach, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to strike rapid rapport with everyone.
