The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to join their Aged Care facility in the Central Coast, NSW.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Manage a team of staff, including maintenance workers, security personnel, and administrative staff.
  • Budgeting and financial management to ensure the facility operates within budget.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Facility Manager (desired)
  • Budgeting and financial management expertise
  • A strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations
  • AHPRA registration preferred but not essential
  • Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
  • Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
