Our client is a well-known organisation located in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

Recently an opportunity has become available for a driven and professional Bookkeeper to join their small Accounting team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements
  • Journals
  • Accruals
  • Bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Prepare end of month accounts
  • Preparation and lodgement of BAS
  • Assisting with internal and external audits
  • Ad hoc duties


Ideally you will have a minimum of - 3 years bookkeeping experience, have intermediate excel skills and rock-solid knowledge in XERO.

You will enjoy problem solving, be organised and have good attention to detail.

Excellent communication is paramount for this position as you will be liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
