The Role:


Key responsibilities:


  • Prepare Loan Action Event and Settlement Instruction Notices.
  • Perform detailed checks of member details, name, and address, across identity reports, Securities and supporting valuation documentation.
  • Order and review title searches.
  • Verify Loan Approval Conditions have been met.
  • Ensure verification of identification process has been completed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end lending processes.
  • Previous lending experience.
  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation.
  • RG146 Tier 2 certification or be prepared to undertake such training.
  • MS Office skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to optimize systems and processes with a focus on the member experience.
