Kelly Club is closely aligned with Kelly Sports. Kelly Sports has been providing a range of curricular and extracurricular sporting programs for children in Australia since 1994.


The Role
We have a fantastic permanent part time opportunity for an experienced OSHC Coordinator in the Werribee area.

The successful applicant will manage our Before School and After School Care Programs, delivering a remarkable service to support families and children.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the essential purpose of this role is to deliver a fun and engaging program. This will be achieved by providing an inclusive and fun environment where children are safe, engaged and well supervised.


We are seeking a suitably qualified and passionate person with previous experience working with primary school children of all ages and developmental levels.

Hours will be around 33 hours per week.

Duties include program administration, rostering, supervising and assisting casual staff in running activities, food preparation and general cleaning.


The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to deliver a safe, caring and engaging program for primary aged boys and girls.

A sound working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, first aid qualifications and a valid Working With Children Check (or VIT) are also required for this position.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop, plan and implement a stimulating, educational child care program
  • Maintain a child safe environment for all children
  • Assist children in routine tasks
  • Managing and developing your team
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families and children
  • General administrative tasks
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelors qualified within Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification, or the willingness to undertake
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Asthma Management training
  • Current child protection training and strong knowledge of child safe standards
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of National Regulations
  • Good understanding of My Time Our Place learning framework
  • Availability to work between 6.30am 9am 2.30pm 6.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Availability to work additional hours for administrative tasks

About You


Kelly Club Coordinators are individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to pursue their dreams by continuing their growth in the Education sector.


You are a suitably qualified Education professional who has a minimum of 1 year of experience, in a similar role of responsibility, along with previous experience working with school aged children.


Most importantly, you are personable, enthusiastic, driven, ambitious, communicative and above all have the natural ability to engage with people from all walks of life and are driven to raise the education of our future leaders, the children.


Each day you will motivate the children to join in our daily activities whilst ensuring their safety at all times and will have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, coupled with a first aid qualification and working with children.
