Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Optical Assistant/Dispenser to become part of our team. You align with our brand's enthusiasm for teamwork, high-quality eyewear, and stylish presentation. The role is supported with an experienced Optometrist, with training provided on an individual basis.

Hours:
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent customer service and sales experience
Strong organisational, administrative and appointment book management skills
Problem solving and sound judgement
Good communication with ability to build rapport with customers and the team

Main responsibilities of the role include:

Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs
