About the role

Back Focus Physiotherapy part of Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients.

This is a casual role working to support the team in Melbourne, you will enjoy been ideally located to cafes, restaurants, and access to public transport and parking.

This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

In this role you will be

Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner

Supporting the team of Physiotherapists

Scheduling patient appointments and answering general queries

Processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking

General housekeeping duties including general tidying of clinic rooms, clinic waiting areas, kitchen clean up and replenishing items in mentioned areas

Various other administrative duties

Polished and professional presentation, punctual with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Ability to work autonomously

Must be available on Mondays and Tuesdays

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Committed to working within a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
