POSITION
This business is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Service Co-Ordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of technicians who provide installation, repair, and maintenance services to clients.

Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for various security system requests
Maintain and update the company's scheduling system to reflect the status of all service requests
Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or issue
Invoicing
Reporting completed jobs to clients and updating them on the work

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

Service Co-ordination, or Scheduling experience within
ANY form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Blinds, Gates, Electrical, Construction etc
ALL are encouraged to apply
Effective communication and computer skills
Experience using Simpro or AroFlo
