The Company

Our client is currently looking to appoint an Asset Planner to support asset renewals & optimise growth of the treatment plant.

You will drive capital solutions & capital investment.

The Role

As Asset Planner, your will be responsible for:

Lead the development of 3-10 year investment plans & provide technical judgement and support the prioritisation of capital, non-asset and maintenance investment programs.
Support the review of service risk profiles across various asset portfolios and support the preparation of the annual Service Capability Report for those services.

Your Background
In order to be successful in this role you will:

Detailed knowledge of Mechanical/Civil/Process Engineering and operational complexities of the water and sewerage system including treatment.
Experience and knowledge of service planning processes and/or asset management and planning, risk assessment and management techniques, and project and program management.
Demonstrated capability to practically evaluate options and proposals

Strong financial acumen in the context of complex, large-scale infrastructure.

Proven history of working as a collaborative team member and working in a constructive culture to achieve customer eccentric outcomes.
Demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritise and perform complex professional/technical work with limited supervision and exercise professional/technical judgement.
Experience with corporate IT systems (e.g., MS Office, Maximo, MapInfo etc)
