ANZ is committed to growth in the Australian home and investment lending market and we're recruiting more lending managers to support our aspirations.
In addition to hiring more lending managers, we're heavily investing in marketing and activity to drive greater customer awareness and leads, as well as making significant investments in our lending operations to improve turnaround times and service quality.
As an ANZ Home & Investing Lending Managers you are supported by dedicated capability coaches to help grow your skills as a lender and expand your business opportunities and sources of referrals.

As a Home & Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Home lending and retail banking experience
Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ
Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
