About you
As our

_Lead Management Support Officer_, you'll have a strong customer mindset and a positive, can-do attitude. A passionate team player, you can also work autonomously and enjoy meeting new people and helping others.

Working closely with other lead support officers and other internal stakeholders, you'll possess the following:

- customer service experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom webinar


About the opportunity
Reporting to the

_National Manager Marketing GP Training, _you'll support the delivery of the marketing and engagement functions for colleges GP training programs. You'll provide direct support to the regional campaign lead team and be a key point of contact for medical students and doctors interested in a career in general practice.


Some other responsibilities include:
- providing a high level of customer service in responding to enquiries in a timely manner, offering accurate guidance and assistance to prospective applicants
- maintaining the college's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) contact database
- providing administrative support to the regional campaign lead team such as booking travel, updating records, etc.
- attending promotional events and activities
- assisting in the preparation of events and other activities such as booking webinars, managing RSVPs, arranging catering, booking couriers, collating collateral, etc
