About the Role

You will be trained to perform the following duties:

Review completed repair order
Process customer payments
Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
Generate and monitor daily run sheets
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
Quote repair jobs and liaise with both the customer and our workshop technician's
Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
Coordinate service bookings
Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all time
Knowledge of the auto industry and the aftersales workshop environment
Experience in a fast paced, customer service and sales environment
Excellent communication skills
A full drivers licence and sound driving record
Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
