About the role:

WA Hino has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our used truck sales team in

Welshpool.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process - focusing on high quality service whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:

Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
Build relationships with existing and potential customers
Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

About you:

If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, passion for sales and automotive industry - we would like to hear from you

Prior experience in automotive sales/ heavy vehicle roles will be highly regarded.

However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

You will ideally possess:

Prior automotive sales/ heavy vehicle experience (desirable but not essential)
Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
Proven track record of meeting KPI's and sales targets
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
Must have or be willing to obtain an HR Licence
Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
