Due to internal promotion, this exciting team leader opportunity has been created within this private organisation.
The company is within the Information Services Sector and is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD with fantastic flexibility to work from home.

In this role, you will have 10 direct reports as well as playing a vital role in the involvement and delivery of key projects within the business.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Setting and tracking of KPI targets for the team
- Report and track the performance and quality of the staff's work
- Review and challenge processes to achieve targets, and customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with operational and legislative requirements
- Manage delivery of services to customers
- Provide support and advice to the team and clients on complex or escalated matters
- Contribute to project outcomes
- Experience leading a team
- Using MS Suite (proficiency in Excel is vital).
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing and resolving conflicts based on prior experience.
- Fostering a successdriven and positive environment for a team.
- Interpreting relevant legislation and compliance documents and policies.
