WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and Deliver Training:

Craft compelling in person and online training materials and build on existing training material to deliver them to our consultants, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.

Role-Play Exercises:

Engage in role-play training to simulate real-world scenarios, enhancing our consultants' problem-solving and client-interaction skills.

Identify and Fill Training Gaps:

Analyse our current training programs to identify gaps.

Design and implement new modules to address these needs, ensuring our team remains on the cutting edge of recruitment practices.

Create and streamline HR Processes:

Develop and refine HR processes that support our team's growth and efficiency, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Office Administration:

Provide general office administrative support as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Recruitment Industry Experience:
