About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.


The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) is the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, modelling our values and a passion for excellence by anticipating needs and delivering high quality outcomes and service.


Reporting to the Manager:

Governance you will be the first point of contact for all external stakeholders, whether online, by phone or in-person.

CSAs are also critically important in supporting the needs of our staff, providing a range of business and administrative support services.

You are a customer focused and productive professional who uses initiative to thrive in a dynamic business environment, taking accountability for varied services critical to the smooth running of VAGO.

Key responsibilities:


  • Provide high quality virtual and inperson reception services (as required), responding to online enquiries, callers and correspondence.
  • Provide a range of support services to VAGO staff, including scheduling meetings and events, assisting with inperson, virtual and hybrid forums.
  • Deliver daily administrative and business support tasks to support operations, including raising purchase orders, managing correspondence, preparing briefing papers, taking minutes, updating registers, collating information and reports, and managing physical office facilities.
  • Conduct simple analysis and complete administrative support tasks on organisational and audit projects.

Qualifications and experience:


Qualifications:

  • Diploma level or above qualification in a business, finance or project management discipline, or experience in a similar role.

Experience:


  • Experience in Customer Service, Administration, Business Support or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics and Power BI is highly desirable.

Additional information:

When not working from home, this role is based at 35 Collins Street, Melbourne. Travel to various work locations throughout Victoria and Australia may be required.
