Nursing Manager - Mental Health Service - Great salary and benefits
Fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Manager to undertake a leadership position within an established multi-disciplinary team.

You will be working for a leading public health district providing an essential mental health service to regional Victoria.

You will manage a team of like-minded professionals including Registered and Enrolled Nurses.

We are needing a strong leader and experienced nurse for this position as you will play an integral member of the team operationally.

Knowledge of rosters, penalty rates, and workforce planning are essential.

You will be working set business hours and be provided with relocation assistance.

This position is a 12 month contract and based in regional Victoria - 3 hours outside of Melbourne.

Essential Criteria

Relevant Nursing qualification with full AHPRA registration
Good Operationally and strategically
Postgraduate study within Mental Health desired
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
High level of interpersonal skills
Previous experience in Management of rosters, penalty rates, workforce planning essential
Ability to manage a team effectively
