We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Customer Experience Consultant / Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at
Midland City Hyundai and Kia.


As a Customer Experience Consultant / Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their vehicles in pristine condition.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all pre-delivery activities, including inspecting vehicles, coordinating necessary repairs and enhancements, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our dealership.

Midland City, is comprised of 7 manufacture dealerships plus, Carco, Opposite Lock, Midland 4WD, WA Car Buying Centre and BoatingCo.

You will be joining WA's fastest growing car dealership which has recently won the Large Business of the Year Award 2023 and New Large Business Award at Swan Business Awards 2023.


The Role:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the predelivery process. Welcome them warmly, answer questions, and provide information about the delivery process.
  • Coordinate and perform thorough predelivery inspections of vehicles, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring they align with customer preferences and availability.
  • Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the predelivery process promptly and professionally.

YOU:


  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • WA drivers' licence is required
