About the role


As Team Leader, Connecting Services at Southern Cross Care, you will make a difference by leading a compassionate team to deliver great service and a positive experience for members of the Southern Cross Care community.


Working within the Marketing and Community Engagement Group, you will provide vital leadership to our central contact centre team, while also providing management oversight for our unique passenger transport services.


Your key responsibilities will include team leadership, rostering and coaching, management of a range of cross-organisational systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as reporting on team performance and outcomes.


About you

  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Data management, analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience leading or working within a dynamic sales or contact/call centre environment
  • Good working knowledge of the core principles of quality customer service
