Here's what we're looking for in a Quantitative Trader:

A passion for financial markets and a deep understanding of trading.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and programming.
An entrepreneurial mindset we want our traders to be creative, innovative, and willing to take calculated risks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills you'll be working closely with other members of the trading team to optimize trading strategies and maximize profits.
A track record of success in developing and implementing trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies across a variety of asset classes.
Conduct research on financial markets and identify potential trading opportunities.
Analyze market data and make trading decisions using statistical models and algorithms.
Work closely with other members of the trading team to optimize trading strategies and maximize profits.
Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical modelling and programming.
3 years of work experience in a Quantitative Trader role or similar
Knowledge of financial markets and trading, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing trading strategies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
